Firmware Plug-In Installation

Firmware Plug-In Installation

Summary

Most Unity hardware will require a plug-in to run view video and edit firmware settings from a web-browser. Unity will install these plug-ins during installation but they often times require updates overtime and my need to be updated before you can continue with firmware changes.

Due to changes in web-browser security features over the years newer browsers my not be compatible with these plug-ins. Unity recommends using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox v51.0.1. Unity is updating the firmware for our hardware to support HTML5 based browser support eliminating the need for plug-ins.
